Launched in 2008 by Karen and Barry Boone, the restaurant offers numerous delicious plates unique to the area and Boone's famous family recipes. The Prime rib is hand-rubbed, seasoned and uses slow cooking methods to bring the finest, juiciest prime rib in Northern Michigan! All steaks are hand cut and prepared on the outdoor patio grill. Another local favorite is the Lake Superior Yellow Belly Perch, lightly battered and fired, served with an herb remoulade sauce and the signature North Country Burger - a house ground sirloin beef burger grilled to your specifications!
